~TI KAY SANTE BUILDOUT SCENARIO~

Ti Kay Sante (Healthy Little Houses) and their attendant settlement and landscape structures can be inaugurated as an economical, safe, and healthy transitional shelter, and over time be improved and expanded into permanent structures that fulfill their owners aspirations. The exterior spaces of the Galri, Jaden and Lakou extend and overlap the Ti Kay, to form the real center of both the dwelling and settlement  configuration.

Ti Kay Sante Plan Patterns include: expansion potential from inaugural structure to built out options, front gable & galri open to lakou, galri with storage loft above (“soute”), living room open onto galri, options for outdoor kitchen & indoor kitchenette, bathing & washing court, separate bath house, shuttered tall doors and shuttered high vent openings.
